        Beware working with Tru Grit, we partnered with them on a demo project on Route 13 in Smryna. Tru Grit rented $14,000 worth of dumpsters from us for a project in July 2023. We have not received any payment and attempt to reach the owner, Jessie, daily and we do not get a response.

        The tech was professional and Knowlegeable. They gave us a price for the replacement of a busted pipe very quickly. Highly recommend the company.

        Tru Grit has been very helpful with Wyoming's playground project. We received the following email praising the communication and great work! I must mention how nice it has been to work with the Towns chosen contractors. The men from Tru Grit communicated well, met with us onsite multiple times and did a very good job preparing the site. - Brian Lewis, Cunningham Recreation

        My husband & I moved into our home in October of 2021. By January of 2022 we were having some pretty bad septic issues. We had to have our septic pumped twice within 2 weeks. We asked the company that pumps our septic if they knew of any reputable septic repair companies and they recommended Tru Grit of Clayton DE. We called them, they came out gave us an estimated quote for roughly $2,500 for a new septic pump. As new homeowners and desperate to get it fixed we had them replace it & We paid . Fast forward to now 2024 here we are replacing that same septic pump that was supposedly fixed/replaced by Tru Grit. There is no way that a life expectancy for a septic pump is merely 2 years. Who's to say they even replaced it based on the findings of the new company we went with this time. Here we are out of thousands of dollars again but we are thankful we didnt have to pay nowhere near the price we were charged by Tru Grit the first time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Tru Grit !
