Rite Aid

We need zero stars for this Rite Aid. The ER submitted my prescription at 12pm. I called for 1 hour from 4:00pm to 5:00pm to see if my medicine was ready. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! My wife went to the store to see if my medication for sciatica (very painful) was done. She got to the store and gave them my name. The cashier said it was not done, but they had it. It'll take 45 min to an hour to fill. While there my wife heard the phones ringing. She asked do you answer the phones? The cashier said we short staff so we don't answer. My wife counted 5 people working in the pharmacy. How da heck is that short staff? I'll go back to Walgreens. Don't waste your time here. While you suffer in pain, these workers don't want you to check on your scripts so you can get them asap.

Please help me to understand why the customer service at the 200 Pharmacy. Dr location in smyrna delaware is so poor? I stopped into the location at 8:15 pm on Fri, January 11th to have a passport picture taken. The store manager tells me that everything is all packed up and I have to come back the next day. The problem is the store closes at 10 PM, which is an hour and 45 minutes after I've arrived. Also, it wasn't even a function of the the store was busy, seeing that I was the ONLY customer in the store! Not a good representation...

The store is always very well organized and very well stocked. All of the employees are always super friendly and welcome you when you walk into the store. Big shout out to Albanie and Dennis for being amazing and super friendly and patient with all of their customers!

Worst rite aid I have ever been to for pharmacy staff is rude and just plain ignorant on top of incompitant they refuse to ever answer a phone will just continue to put you on hold( I tested this from inside the store) go to any other pharmacy don't use them.
