        Was told one price then get there a different price no wonder why because it came out small when I definitely ask for medium yup never again and my child is not happy with the service she received lady that started my child head had an attitude but the lady that finished her was nice but definitely wasnt expecting that price that I just paid for plus I show the picture on how we wanted it and got 185 because somebody just to decide to go smaller and that how I ended paying more

        While I was in town over the summer I came here twice, having Martha both times. There is a small deposit to secure your appointment. Martha texted me the day before to ask if I had a picture of what I wanted for both appointments. Martha is so warm, welcoming, kind and gentle. She was careful with my baby hair and periodically asked if the hair was too tight or hurting. We had small talk here and there but she isnt overly chatty which I LOVE! Martha also works quickly and is intentional with that shes doing, I appreciated her so much. There were three other women working there the second time, one I can safely assume is the owner: Millicent, Veronica and Shana. There were a lot of smiles, laughs and light-hearted conversations between them. There were a couple of younger ladies that came in who immediately jumped in to assist the stylists with braiding, they had such sweet spirits as well. Overall, this shop has such a wonderful and positive energy. The stylists are professional, the prices are reasonable and the service is astounding. I will definitely be back here when Im in town.       e. When asked if you were able to pay $225 you stated yes even though the standard price would have been $240 for medium size to the butt. We understood that you were not prepared to pay the full amount so when asked if you could pay $225 it would have been fine if you were not able to but you agreed so we’re really confused as to why you are posting this. Also the clients hair was matted and extremely tangled which took an additional 20 minutes or more to address and we typically charge an additional $15 for that but we did not charge that fee. Unfortunately it is impossible to please everyone. Her braids were beautiful and I also must mention that if we charged the correct price for small knotless to the waist it would have been $265 not including the detangling which would have made it $280. Unfortunately Most one star reviews are a result of clients not voicing their concerns at the time of the appointment which can be sadly damaging to a business who strives to please their customers (especially black-owned) Good luck in your ventures
