Thank you Vik for your feedback. We do not think we damaged the vehicle, but are still willing to reimburse you for the expense because we always give the customer the benefit of the doubt. We refunded your cost for the windshield in good faith. If it is more than that to do the repairs send us the invoice and we will gladly reimburse you. We have had other people accuse us of damaging vehicles in the past, but we were able to prove that it was not us because the employee had taken before photos to protect us from liability. Unfortunately, the tech did not see the damage before and make note of it. Mistakes are possible and there is always a chance we missed something as we are human beings. I am sorry that we are no longer willing to work on your vehicles as your cursing and yelling had caused some of our employees to hide in their office with the police on speed dial fearful that you might hurt them. We do not like to be intimidated or threatened, but are still willing to help out anyway that does not risk the safety of our employees. I am not sure why you are the only customer to have these issues, or why you continued to use us if you had similar problems before. I am sorry this did not work out, but I hope in time you will understand where we are coming from.
