        Dont ever miss an appointment or youll be banned from their office apparently. Will make sure to tell everyone to not even bother with this place.

        Just got off the phone to reschedule a missed appointment that was made months prior that they failed to call or send a reminder about. The woman on the phone continues to tell me that both of my children were then no longer able to come here because of one of my children's missed an appointment and its a family account. This is the most bogus policy Ive ever heard considering my oldest has been there twice. I tried to ask to speak with someone other than her and she just hung up on me. Ive never been to or heard of a facility that punishes another client based off one missed appointment with a patient just because they are related.

        Our experience with my 3 grandbabies was awesome compared to our last dentist we went to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with small children who have been traumatized by previous dentist.

        This office is AMAZING!! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the dynamics of the office are very welcoming, and they spared no expense to make sure they had everything they needed to make kids comfortable and have a happy experience. My kids actually want to go to the dentist now.
