        Reputable company, but it is odd that they are still charging customers a Fuel Surcharge still even after the pandemic of COVID made its wave and is over. Gas prices went back to what they are normally and still I was charged a fuel surcharge Due to the rising costs in the economy No other local business in Delaware is even implementing this Fuel Surcharge anymore but R & L is
