Staff are always nice and accommodating if youre looking for a size that isnt in store. Timing is also a factor, aim to go in the evenings or weekdays.

My cashier today was an older lady. I had multiple coupons today with different discounts from GAP / Tanger and wanted to see if I could apply some to my purchases. The cashier from the beginning until the end spoke in a very condescendingmanner with me and my husband. She refused to enter any coupon codes in the system to even try when I requested her to simply try them and let me know if they don't work. She randomly applied a 15% off coupon on just one item without even taking the code from us. It sounded like she considered us intellectually incapable of understanding things. She did not take the time to explain to us why she wasn't willing to even try the coupons I had. She spoke very loudly throughout, almost yelling at us - it got extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable for us to even be there where other customers were looking at us. We paid the money and left.
