        Good experience - getting door handle replaced Poor experience - oil & lube & inspect check sheet didn't indicate status of many items told primarily "computer glitch"; was updated (don't know if really done). Bill said synthetic oil, not what I use; later told used reagular oil (hope correct).

        My plan was to just window shop but I ended up purchasing a vehicle after test driving. Everyone at Newark Toyota World was great. Especially Aurora and the finance department! GIVE AURORA A RAISE!!! That lady is amazing!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!
