        When you login the website never works to pay electronically i have to call in each time to pay on my loan and its a pain

        Spoke with Rep, filed electronically. Called and emailed several times. Finally got in touch. Rep acted and sounded as though he never heard of me. Poor communication and service from a company wanting business. Staying with Loan Depot at least THEY provide decent service. Freedom, not so much.
