        TIME FOR A REAL REVIEW! I'm giving this a one-star review because of one person. I have to say that everything was good until when we were leaving..the waitress did not see me stay behind to wash my hands and I heard her call a child in our party and idiot because half his bbq ribs order was not cooked completely. I was about to engage her, but she walked into the kitchen. I was going to take my 20% tip back but felt she needed it more than us. We were very respectful, and the manager was gracious as well, but IRIS, the waitress, behaved in a cowardly manner. A so-called adult belittling a kid over his order is pathetic. IRIS needs a lesson on empathi, and she needs to be careful because her so-called disgusting actions could be directed to the wrong person. A good night ended on a sour note because of one individual. RED Robin needs to be better.
