I'm in the middle of processing a claim for our car being rear ended while stopped at a traffic light, but so far I've been thoroughly impressed with the service from Liberty Mutual. They've initiated the repair and replacement rental for us and have been quick at everything.

Call to set up renters insurance for my daughter. Policy was set paid for and I signed the documents. I then get a call from the person who did the policy over the phone, to say that she needs to assign us to a local agent and that she would send new paperwork for a new policy. Never received the paperwork. Call multiple times and was put on hold forever. I understand Covid is messing up some service centers but not to the extent that I went through with us. Now I am sent an email that doesn't link to my existing policies. I go to search the policy that says the information I entered is incorrect. Extremely frustrating that you can't get through to a live person that knows what they're doing. Also their chat experience is pathetic.
