Dr. Weaver goes above and beyond for his patients. No matter the time or issue, he makes access to him super easy. All it takes is having access to a cellphone and sending a simple text, stating the issue at hand. Dr. Weaver, has an amazing response time getting back to his patients in a timely manner. Take tonight for example, I had a sore throat with swollen lymph node and was unable to get to him today, due to the fact that Im a truck driver and have a crazy schedule. All it took was a simple text and taking some pictures of my throat for him to be able to tell me my diagnosis as well as prescribe medicine at 2130. Where else can you get this time of service from? No were else and he treats you like family and ultimately doesnt treat you like other doctors. He truly cares about making sure that all his patients have adequate care!

I wanted an alternate to doing through my insurance since my insurance was so bad and I found Dr. Weaver. Dr. Weaver was very responsive in my initial emails to set up a first appt and very accommodating for my first appt. From there I set up an MRI. 2 days after my MRI I emailed him for the results to no response. I called the MRI place and they stated I couldn't have the results because they were emailed to the doctor. Called him the following week to which I got a response but that whole weekend I was worried about the results. Fast forward 2 months and I texted some labs I was wondering cost on that I was told would be looked at. 6 days later I reached out because I had no heard anything to no response. Reached out again the next day to which I got a response saying that it would be looked at this afternoon and get back to me. After a week of nothing about the labs and me stating my symptoms are getting a little worse I message him the next day to cancel my membership, to a response 2 minutes later saying ok I have cancelled your membership. Very frustrating that I have got no response to texts/emails before but I was responded to so quickly this time. I understand sometimes He is busy because it is just him, but several times I was told I will get back to you and never did. I hope the practice grows and he is able to add staff to help him in this.
