My husband had a dry cleaning order which was dropped off 4 days prior ($275 worth which we both thought was expensive). The ticket said ready by 4PM & I arrived by 4:45 to pick-up. I was told I needed to wait 15 minutes, as it wasnt ready yet although I arrived 45 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready? I said okay, Im running to the store & Ill be back. I was then told that I must be back by 5PM or Id have to wait until Monday to pick-up. Excuse me? So I was expected to wait in my car for 15 minutes when it was already late, then told the doors would be locked if I wasnt back on their time? Unacceptable. My husband has a dry cleaning order every week & we decided to give this place a try but wont be back.

If you are looking for a dry cleaner that cares about Customer service, this is the business for you! Brought in a shirt for cleaning and it inadvertently got misplaced. Discussed the matter with James. He rallied his staff, and they were relentless in locating it for me. They polled their other employees, locations, and even other customers, and continued to search diligently until they located it. Businesses sometimes make mistakes, but the true measure of the veracity of the organization is how they react and solve the issue for the Customer. Their response in this case exceeded what I had expected. I have to believe that this is an established standard for them. Kudos all around for their effort. Well done. Their repair and alteration skills are second to none also. Definitely my vendor of choice.

Dropped off 2 pair pants on a Monday. I needed the legs alter to be 30" long. I was promised the pants would be ready by Saturday morning for pickup. I arrived Saturday morning around 1. The pants were altered but they were not pressed and they were in a bag, wrinkled. I needed them by Monday. The lady said I could pick them up Monday but they still wouldn't be pressed until Tuesday. Worst experience ever at a dry cleaners. Took the pants home and had to press them myself. Service: Alterations
