        The store assistant Michael was very welcoming and helpful with my visit . I came to buy new phones and he was attentive to all of my needs during my visit. Ill be sure to stop back at this AT&T because of him! Thanks Michael .

        The agent did not give us information about the charges that will incur when we close an old line and open a new one. We never asked for a new line to get an upgraded iPhone 13 , he suggested to close old one and open new one which was not at all necessary based on the customer service representative with whom i spoke over phone. This is deceiving customers. Please ensure to get information from multiple sources before you make a decision at att.
