I finally got my hands on my dream car and knew I wanted to take extra care of it. Randy made the entire process quick and easy. From the quote which included multiple options (loved that), to booking (very user friendly), dropping off and picking up. When I arrived to drop it off, I asked the gentleman at the front desk if he or anyone there would be able to tell what percentage of tint was placed on my driver and passenger side windows as I had just gotten that and a few other things done at another shop and questioned if it were the correct percentage I specified at the time of getting it done. With great sense of urgency he got up and said absolutely, and confirmed my suspicion that it wasnt correct. They added on the service and even made my brow match the rest. I felt very welcomed, cared for and my vehicle was handled with exceptional care. 10/5 stars Thank you, gentlemen!

These guys did an absolutely amazing job on my 2021 Ram. I recently bought this truck used and wanted a paint correction performed to get rid of a ton of swirl marks and micro scratches. After shopping our options we decided to go with Ceramic Pro Newark and I couldn't be happier with that decision. First, Sean (the General Manager) was great to work with and was honest with us throughout the whole process and what would be needed to being the paint back to life. He listened to our concerns and our wants and made sure we selected the right package to make sure we weren't over paying for services we didn't need. Secondly, its obvious the Technicians here take great pride in their craft and it shows. The technician took his time and made sure the paint and trim was all brought back to a factory finish (if not better). The paint felt like glass and the products used are very high quality. Lastly, the facility is really clean and up to date. The showroom was beautiful and the shop is state of the art. They offer a variety of services and it's worth every penny. I will be back and I will spread the word. They're worth every star they have and then some.
