Terrible customer service! They try to threaten you with things and they should not be able to do that only because you're asking for a pay plan. Please STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE BY ALL MEANS!!!

Tried to set up payment plan and they told me it wasn’t possible. Keeps calling family, friends, my work place! Wouldn’t even try to listen to situation.

Made arrangements to pay balance owed, problem with payroll beyond my control, payment was still made and received, but they call my husband and whoever else, instead of calling me directly. Harassing me via family and friends needs to stop.
