        Patronizing. As a first time pet owner I felt like the staff patronized me just for asking questions and treated me like another ignorant customer. They told me they were going to give my dog some vaccinations and they didn't give him anything. Basically I just paid so they could weigh him and be rude to me.

        I have taken both my cats to this vet. The staff is attentive and accommodating to my pets. The Veterinarian was very knowledgeable. This is my primary veterinarian now.
