Installation was easy and it's nice having clean water. We're having to use less product as well which saves us money. 4 stars only because we haven't had it very long (only a month) so waiting to see how it helps long term. Having the natural vision products is great too!

I am so happy that I purchased this system. I feel like I've stumbled on the fountain of youth! My hair and skin are so soft. My food tastes better. My overall health has improved. It is truly worth ever penny. And the team is equally as fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 company, service, and product!

Love, love, love my system. Let me just say I spent 3 years visiting doctors and specialist because I couldn't stop itching. Many creams, steroids prescribed. I was diagnosed with excema at 45. Decided to change the water since nothing else works. 3 weeks and I stopped itching like I had a permanent case of poison ivy. The water is soft, my skin and hair is not dried out. I use less moisturizers, less soap, and the water taste great. They tested but I also tested myself. 0 chlorine/chloramines, 10.2 Ph. Also from beginning to end everyone I have talked to from this company was an absolute pleasure to talk to. They are super nice, very informative and all about customer experience which is a breath of fresh air in today's climate. I thought customer service was becoming a lost art but Dan, Eli, and Krista restored my faith. Want amazing tasting water, amazing feeling showers, and super amazing customer service then I highly recommend this company.

From the initial consultation with Eli to the install, and follow up testing with Dan Rainsoft has been a pleasure to work with. Each rep was friendly respectful and knowledgeable. If someone didnt know an answer they got it for us. We have been satisfied with the whole process. Testing confirmed our water conditions have improved. Hopefully once the existing water lines have been flushed we will really feel the results. Look forward to using less soap/products to fix problems hard water has created over time and saving!
