The person at the desk Dominque is unprofessional rude and arrogant. After over charging me , locking the doors when they see people pull up, etc. she then had the nerve to threaten me with a taser. Worse storage unit place. Its infested with mice and roaches. Regional manager is HORRIBLE. Hopefully OSHA shuts them down asap. Doing the things they do is a liability and theyre gonna be in for a rude awakening.

Construction everywhere. 90% of the parking lot is unavailable. What is available is muddy and filled with holes. Rent increases just as all the construction starts.

The reason people put things in storage is because they are going through moving / homelessness/ eviction/ problem's. Money becomes a problem at times and the people sitting in these offices disposable at any time by their job employer will also face these challenges too. When paying 50$ a month is a challenge how can you expect someone to pay 300$ 400$ 500$ at once. Paying the 50$ would be much easier but still at time you dont have it. But America is in the business of money. It doesnt matter if your grandfather ashes was inside they are ready to sell it to a person who has the money before a payment plan with the owner who trusted them with there property initially have the opportunity. It hurts it does but you have to let it go. Things you admire will be thrown in trash by a stranger who sees no value.

Had to get storage here for not even 2 weeks when I went to get the unit there was no one working even though I called and said I would be there around a certain time and customer service was terrible. Do yourself a favor and go extra space or another location where they take care of you.
