Nielson Survey sent me a $20.00 check drawn on Citibank Delaware One Penn's Way New Castle, DE 19720 The address is shows being at a Airport and being open 24 hrs 7 days wk...the pictures are of 2 different buildings and are taken at night...hum or chum...24 hrs 7 days wk...wait that's an ATM!!!!, tele don't work dark pictures Airport address SCAM SCAM SCAM don't bother with this Neilson Survey they are slinging chum and fishing to scam...run run run

Answer the phone and verify my check been waiting all day and they wont answer I need my money that I worked for and this bank is the only thing keeping me from getting it

Citibank is a nightmare to deal with, transferring you all over the world and resolving nothing. They do not deal with the customers in an ethical way and definitely deserve their F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this bank and all costs. There are many others that are far more ethical.

I live in Texas and one customer of this bankb,sent me a check from this bank to extort me and they wanted to rob me so be careful if you have business here... they know....
