The guys at Live Oak make building a house an amazing experience. Justin and Daniel have an eye for quality and aren't afraid to make suggestions to make your new home beautiful. These guys will go to any length to make the homeowners happy and are extremely quick to deal with the issues that will inevitably come with building a house. Mike is a great person who will personally help with anything. He helped prevent the small problems from turning into big problems and was a pleasure to work with. Seriously, if you're going to build a house, go with Live Oak. You won't be sorry that you did.

We were very happy with the results! The house came out just as designed, and the quality of the construction is top-notch.Our project manager was Scott Fisher, and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and had some great ideas that we had not thought of doing. He was also very responsive to our questions and concerns, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the end result.Live Oak Home Builders uses a unique team structure that has each team member working closely with you throughout the project. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and that your needs and concerns are being addressed.Live Oak Home Builders also uses a Co-Construct application to provide great communication. This application allows you to track the progress of your project, communicate with your team, and approve change orders. we found this application to be very helpful and convenient.Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Live Oak Home Builders. We just moved into our beautiful new home built by Live Oak and are very pleased with the results. Building a home this last year has been difficult because of the rising prices of materials. It added some stress to the process, however Live Oak worked with us on financing and helped to get through those tough times. The whole team is very responsive and professional. Justin, Daniel, and Astrid were great and always got back to us timely. Walt, our project manager, did a wonderful job of keeping the project running smoothly and on schedule. We were very pleased with him. Ive heard horror stories about builders, but I can say that Live Oak did an excellent job. Upgrades were not a huge cost increase, they really build a custom home. They are extremely professional and handle things timely. I would highly recommend them for anyone that is building a home!

Justin's professionalism, knowledge and down to earth personality was one of the main reasons we went with Live Oak & we couldn't be more happy with the whole process! Joey was our superintendent and he was absolutely AMAZING! From breaking ground to our final walkthrough he kept us up to date every step of the way. He was on top of any issues and always handled them with professionalism and in a timely manner. He's one hell of a superintendent and I don't know what we would of done without him through this whole process! Brian was our carpenter and let me just tell you, he's a BADASS carpenter! His craftsmanship and attention to detail is something you don't get with every builder. Of course I can't forget to mention the office crew, Daniel & Astrid! They were responsive and very helpful with the selection and billing process! If you are looking to build your next custom home, Justin & the Live Oak team are definitely who you want! Not only did we get a quality home that will last forever but also a friendship!
