        We are currently in the process of having a home built at Milford Ponds (phase two). We would like to commend Tina Vitale for her excellent customer service by walking us through the process and promptly answering all our questions. Also would like to commend Matt Ferguson for his excellent presentation and knowledge he provided to us at the pre-construction meeting, his weekly progress reports, and photos uploaded to PhotoCircle. PhotoCircle is a great tool and greatly appreciated especially by buyers like us who live out of state. Finally, would also like to commend Chris Colatrella for his assistance and customer service through the on-line loan process. The on line process was easy with no problems. We have a great customer service team!
