As always my experience with I G Burton BMW in Milford Delaware has been phenomenal!!! Angie White, Sales & Service Manager guides me through the whole process from start to finish each time I take my vehicle in for servicing. I consistently receive exceptional customer support and service. Angie and her team always deliver expedient and professional service whenever I need them. I feel like Im always in good hands with the IGBurton team!!!!

Everyone there was a pleasure. My service on my BMW was done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.

The only reason Im giving one star is because I have to in order to leave a review. I lease a MINI and since there are no dealerships close to me, I called the service department at IG Burton BMW to see if they could do a normal 10K mile service on my car, and since BMW owns MINI if it would be covered under the warranty. The woman I spoke with said yes, she actually put me on hold to ask someone in the department as I asked her to double check, and pulled up my VIN and could see that the car is under warranty. I made an appointment, drove over a half hour there first thing this morning, only to be told that they cant perform service on MINIs under warranty, they can change the oil but I would need to pay for it (which is pricey on these cars). Since I was given bad information by their employee, they could have even offered to do it anyway free of charge, or even to meet me halfwaybut nothing. Really poor customer service. My car payment every month goes to BMW. Perhaps train the employees to give correct information and I would have gone to the MINI dealership in Annapolis in the first place.
