I recently had a disappointing experience this local restaurant. The customer service was abysmal; they demanded I return a Stromboli due to a mistake on their end. The lack of understanding and professionalism left a sour taste, making it an overall unpleasant encounter. No longer will I be patronizing this business and I encourage everyone else reading this not to waste their time with this restaurant. To many mistakes not enough accountability. This establishment should learn how to value long time customers. The Stromboli was burnt and did not have sauce.

Typically I order pizza from here because 1 I like their pizza and they have the pizza deals. I also live in Smyrna Delaware so It's a bit of a hike but to me it's not a HUGE DEAL. So today I ordered a cheese steak special ( 2 cheese steaks 2 fries and a 2 liter) and a Stromboli came to about $41. So went in found out they raised the prices.. ok so be it. Got home and opened my cheese steaks and it was like a slap on the face. I drove a half hour to get this food and spent 41 dollars and look at the pictures these sandwiches are sad. I will not do it again..... the fried onions were barely fried.. they were more like raw onions and the cheese steak had the girth of a roll of scotch tape. Picture is just to show size... not to mention the roll seemed to be stale. I think I will start going to Glasgow deli in cheswold. I WAS SUPER DISSAPPOINTED... I DONT KNOW WHAT CHANGED BUT THE SANDWICHES USE TO BE BIGGER AND CHEAPER... D9NT WASTE YOUR MONEY

We have ordered from Roma several times and never had problems.Today we ordered a jumbo shrimp platter with fries breaded mushrooms and a ham and cheese sub with extra meat. With tip this order cost 54 dollars. The sub was so skimpy and I'm not quite sure what they call ham but it was disgusting. More like ham bologna. For 13.98 I got 5 small butterfly shrimp and a handful of fries. I don't know what's going on with Roma but I'm not ordering from there again.

We eat here regularly. Husband and I always split a medium pizza.
