This company is AWESOME!! My husband called and spoke with Mel and within a few hours he had figured out a way to get part of his crew (including himself) to come out and help service our issue and had us fixed and back up n running in NO TIME! Very respectful and understanding company! Also, very reasonable too! .. will DEF be our go to for any issues!!!! Side note: If u ever have a problem with a Well or Pump, NEVER call a service! Call the guys that know what they are doing

I spent my day calling around to get estimates to drill our well that seems to have had a leak. I called a dozen companies. Only one of them has called me back (it was within 5 minutes of my call, too). Not only was I fortunate enough to get a quick call back, he was in the area and at our place in under 20 minutes. After assessing our Well, he wanted to try something first and replumbed it in. In ONE HOURS time - from the time I first called him - we had water again. He could have taken our money, told us we needed a new well drilled, but he didn't. He saw a potential issue and worked through it first. We are beyond grateful. Reviews really make a difference when searching for the right fit. Client/Customer Service goes a very long way. I highly recommend Mel's Wells folks - that's integrity right there! Thank you Mel!
