I called their follow up was immediate ,.met with the owner to do my project ,very professional and thorough. Coming to do the project in February.....stay tuned 2. 15 .22 Update they just finished my project today. They cleaned and sealed my river rock shower and floor in my guest bathroom and it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to do this type of creative project. On time, professional and kept area neat and clean. 5 star plus

Sir Grout Delaware were amazing to work with. On time, reasonable cost, and the tile looks amazing! They completely transformed our space!! Before the grout was old, chipped in many places, dark and dirty. Now the place looks so bright, fresh, and clean! Thank you so much!

I made the sorry mistake of calling BathFitter. Dealing with those folks at BF was like buying a timeshare. Just obnoxious company. I now tell all of my horrible encounter with those clowns. And I never got a price or met with the terds. But enough about that . I found Sir Grout and meet with Brian who was on time, professional, easy to deal with, who explained exactly what his group could do.... and actually gave me a estimated cost and followed up with a quote that was as he said. Then I met Joe who was a fabulous guy. Again all of the same qualities of Brian and great workmanship to boot. All said a great experience and a grout job that wont leak, mold or chip away. Call these guys and you will be happy and have money left over for a dinner out. KTO

There aren't enough superlatives for this company and its employees. Our 10 year old roman shower tile was looking kind of tattered. Bryan came and did an estimate we found very reasonable for the work promised. But the promise didn't prepare us for the finished product. Our roman shower's white tile and grout look better than they did when they were new! All of the caulked joints were cleaned out and the silicone caulk was replaced with "epoxy grout" which looks terrific and has a guarantee attached to it. Joe, the young tech that did the work, couldn't have been nicer and he even came back to touch up some tiny pinholes in the old grout which I'm sure were always there but we didn't notice until they "renewed" our shower. No charge for the callback! Wow, what a service!
