        Very timely and thorough. Had extensive knowledge in all phases of what makes up a home. Found mold in crawl space and caught some structural issues with the roof that (otherwise) would've went unnoticed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a primary residence, vacation home, or an investment.

        We used Delmarva when we purchased a condo in Ocean City, MD. Because of the distance from our home, we were not present for the inspection which I didn't think would be much of an issue. The inspector didn't even check the age of the HVAC or hot water heater (asked by email but did not find out any additional information). Found out after purchasing the unit that the hot water heater was 14 years old which was against the HOA covenants, so it needed to be replaced immediately ($1k+). Very disappointed with this experience compared to most of my other experiences with home inspectors. Wish I would have gone with a different inspection group.
