        Terrible business, just like several property management companies in DE. Zero communication and a waste of time. I specifically asked the realtor if applications where already in for a property I was interested in, he says no so I apply. I get no feedback at all, just an email to say someone else was approved first. This company just like Patterson-Schwartz really only want application fees and to waste your time.
