        The office isn't fancy, but the care is exemplary. Dr Hurd is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. Her staff is wonderful too. They always follow-up on phone messages. Simply the best.

        There is something very wrong with my experience dealing with a doctor her assistant and the medical nurse. The lack of response follow up any kind of professionalism it's completely missing. I have no clue what their problem is but when I needed them most they dropped the ball. -- They are best suited for animal husbandry, not people.

        Absolutely love this office and Jennifer Shade. I have been going here for years and was seeing Dr. Raffel. When he retired, I began to see Jennifer Shade. She is absolutely wonderful, compassionate, very knowledgeable and works with me to find the best care for my issues. I moved 1.5 hours away four years ago but I still continue to see her. When you find someone great dont let them go!
