The Beebe quality of care starts curbside and continues until after the procedure. It's truly ! I was there for a scheduled diagnostic procedure at the Lewes Beebe main hospital in Lewes and it was a very good and caring experience. Free curbside valet parking is available when you drive up. I got a kind greeting and directions in the lobby. Check in and registration with Darleen was fast and the wait was short. The pre-and post-op nurses Tracy and the amazing Eileen were outstanding. So many things went smoothly and my fears of the unknown were diminished their kind and informed professionalism. There was even a kind get well card signed by the nurses tucked into my discharge folder! It's truly a 5 STAR experience! From the portal to post-op care, Beebe is my best healthcare local resource! They never disappoint. Always rises to my low expectations. But today had a new level of disgust. The nurse treating me had what appeared to be a Hickey on her lower part of her right side of her neck. Real Class. All of it Low

I've never had to ask for a shower or anything else for that matter. But this hospital has the worst policy.

Thank you for taking excellent care of my 89 year old father when he had a heart attack and CHF last week. I am also very impressed with his after hospital care with Home Health nurse, education, BP and weight monitoring and physical therapy. I live in North Carolina, and I can't tell you how relieved I am to know how well you all have taken care of him. Thank you!
