Called Steve when I had an issue with my water lines freezing. Him and his crew were able to find the issue and remediate it. I also had them install some overheard lighting while they were there. They completed all the work in a timely and professional manner, kept everything clean and tidy while the work was going on, and the price was very reasonable. We recently moved here and our new home needed some small projects done: kitchen backsplash put in, a thermostat moved and a foyer light fixture installed. Its so daunting having to rely on the internet to find someone but we were lucky to find Delrem! Steve is always quick to respond, which counts for a whole lot. Steve and Lindsay both stopped in to see the scope of the projects to give us an accurate quote, and they make for a great team. They offered suggestions on how to design our backsplash to make it look more stylish, and we are happy we took their advice! Robert did the work and he did an amazing job! This was probably my best experience with a contractor. They were very professional and did a great job replacing an old tub/shower with a walk-in shower and replacing a rotten bathroom floor, completing the job sooner than anticipated. Steve and Lindsay are both very personable and a pleasure work with. After the job was completed, they came out to perform a final inspection and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied before requesting final payment. I plan to use them for future projects.
