I've had the pleasure of training with Emily for over 2 years, and I can't say enough good things about her. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in her field, but she's also friendly, nice, accommodating, and incredibly personable. Her positive attitude and approachable nature make every session enjoyable and motivating. I started seeing Emily after I had my second child. Being a mom herself, Emily fully understood the struggles of trying to get back into shape after kids. Emily allowed me to start slowly and gradually pushed me so I could continue to see progress. Emily gets to know her clients personally and uses that to help each client reach their goals. Her schedule was flexibly which was great for my family and hectic work schedule. Highly, highly recommend Balanced By Emily!

I've been working out with Emily for almost a year. Emily is a fantastic trainer! She is encouraging and motivating. Emily creates workout routines that help me build strength and balance. No session is ever the same - keeping it unique and fun! Highly recommend!

Emily makes me accountable and as a super busy mom of 4 I can workout via zoom or go see her at her gym (kids included!) She is the best!!! I 1000% recommend.

I started working out with Emily at 3 months postpartum and it was the best decision! Not only am I seeing results but I genuinely look forward to my workouts. She knows what she is doing and im always sore after a workout!
