Regal Heights Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center

I have now been here 2 days. It is so beautiful and most importantly it's CLEAN! The food has been good. I had a total shoulder replacement. And have had good professionals working with me. I hope to come back here in 3 months for the other shoulder. Very pleased!!

Despite many reviews being average or poor, my experience was favorable. My mom needed a sub-acute rehab facility for 7-14 days after surgery. She was there 13 days and went in unable to even sit up and left walking well with her walker. The therapy team was fantastic, they worked with her and were patient and practical in their approach. We also had many amazing nurses and aids such as Daniel, Shannon and Pat just to name a few. We did not have any bad experiences with the staff at all. We also had a good experience with every member of the administrative staff as well. The food wasnt the best but it wasnt a vacation it was a place for my mom to heal and recover and everyone who helped her accomplish that was respectful and competent.
