Labcorp at Walgreens

I went to Labcorp because it has always been my trusted place for bloodwork. I had never been to this location. The nurse that drew my blood was not kind. I was waiting in the store for my appointment (I was the only one there) and the technician opened the door, stood there looking at me and said absolutely nothing. Not even hello. She seemed very annoyed because I asked do you want me to come in? She just shook her head and rolled her eyes with annoyance in her face. Who does this??? I had called the day before and asked if I would be able to get a particular blood test because it was not in the drop down choices on the website. The only choice was routine bloodwork. Her answer was you should be able to. I needed an answer yes or no not should be. She knew the answer but chose not to give me the answer. This is an unacceptable answer for someone who needed a cancer marker test!!! I dont write negative reviews but had to for this. I am still so upset about this and felt Labcorp needs to know how I was treated. I think your customers might like to also know that the people (or at least one person) working there doesnt care at all about their customers or their feelings. I will never ever use another Labcorp in my life. Im sure it doesnt matter to Labcorp but it matters to me. If the person who drew my blood that day reads this please know that how you treated me was wrong and it upset me beyond words. Please dont do it to anyone else. Say hello. Answer questions nicely and completely. You dont know what is going on in a persons life and a little kindness goes a long way. I was still kind to you that day even when you werent.

This location is not the closest one to my house but I continue to go for the quick service. There's never a wait and Pam is always very efficient which is much appreciated. I'm usually in and out in 5 minutes.

I made appointment at wrong Walgreens. The technician at this location worked me in with minimal impact on scheduled appts .This was highly appreciated. This is now my favorite Labcorp location. Thanks

Very disappointing experience of a week ago. Nurse was unwelcoming, I was made to feel uncomfortable with my questions and comments that seemed to annoy her. I will choose another Labcorp site next time
