Chad and Vlad did an excellent job for us! They were very professional and answered any questions throughout the day. They respected our home, taking care to avoid any damage to floors and walls, and cleaned up before leaving. Cost is higher than others, but as a remediation company, you feel assured that any problems will be addressed. We had some line issues in the crawl space that they corrected. Having purchased a house that was previously occupied for 15 years, I feel confident that our system will run more efficiently and our air flow is wonderful. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

We came home to a flooded house on Christmas night at 7:30pm after being gone for 48 hours. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom that went down to the first floor and finished basement. My wife looked up some companies and made a quick decision to call and use Core24. That ended up being the best decision we could have made! They were at our house by 10pm and stayed until 5:30am doing the initial water cleanup, assessment, and set up 4 commercial sized dehumidifiers and 12 air movers. Larry, Omar, and crew were some of the most polite, professional, prompt, and best people we could have asked for. Always kept us informed, worked around our schedule, and performed all the water extraction, demo of drywall, removal of carpet and flooring, etc. Areas affected were fully tarped off with zipper access to keep dust and debris to a minimum. Everything was always cleaned up at the end of the day. During this time, we even had to put our dog down which we were doing at our house, and they were so sympathetic and respectful of our time and privacy. Larry was so thorough with his documentation that our claims adjuster didnt have to do anything and used all his data and pictures. We had a pretty big job that took almost 2 weeks. Throughout the process they took many pictures, readings, and documented everything (great for insurance). We HIGHLY recommend Core24 for anyone looking!
