        I called to cancel my insurance with them. I was told to come in and bring in my new insurance card. So I take the 30 minute drive to sit in my car for another 2 hours because apparently their agent had an appointment and the other lady came out and rudely spoke to everyone that were waiting. Worse costumer service I have ever experienced and so glad will no longer have to deal with the people they have working at this place ! If youre thinking about insuring with this place, save your trip and look for another insurance place.
