        Internet is terrible even after our rent was raised 400 last year to have it repaired. Big dogs in pull thru barks day and night. Rules seem to be just for permanent residence and not for visitors staying a short time. Parties and loud music until after 1 am. Complaining and it got us evicted with both of us being in our 70s and handicapped. Discrimination is what it's called in Pennsylvania. Plus we were not party ppl nor did we drink. We stayed to ourselves. We were lied to over and over. Signed lease means nothing to these ppl they do what they want. Beware that's all we have to say. They have their special ppl. Also, bedbugs was picked up in their laundry mate just 6 weeks before we had to move. We were sent a certified letter giving us from midnight on September 30 until noon on October 1st to have everything off of their property. We just didn't pay for 5 months we paid for a yr. Rent has went up every year since the Realtor purchased the campsite. Anywhere from $200 - $400 yr. Next yrs rent neighbors told us went up another $200 making lot rent $4900 for 5 months use and if like us who drove 5 hrs to get here were lucky if we spent 2 1/2 months here. We are not the only ones evicted for stupid reasons or none at all. I hope they put their experiences on here also. Lot rent is way cheaper just few mile further down the rd toward the beach.

        Stayed at RV campsite for 5 nites this August n was very pleased:) . Space was large n distance from other RVs was good. . Amenities were a variety for every age. . Bathrooms were very clean and easy to access from site. . Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. . WI-FI was the best! Thank you for a great experience:) Highly recommended~

      Evelyn, with all due respect- this review is full of misinformation and some of your statements are simply not true. Firstly, your rent was NOT raised $400 at all (it was only $200) and it was never stated that it was to fix WiFi. Secondly, there is no one in the office at 1am, although you were given an after hours emergency number to call for issues like this which you never did.No bed bugs were picked up from our laundry facility. You'll have to explain to me how a highly used 24-7 facility only seemed to affect your laundry and no one else. The photo that was presented to us was a Black Carpet Beetle, not a bed bug.Rent is NOT $4900, it's only $4700 for your section. Your review states you paid for a year and then a sentence later, you state you only paid for 5 months? Lot rent is for the entire year- 5 months in season and 7 months storage. It always has been.To be blunt, we don't kick people out for "stupid reasons". We chose to non-renew your lease because of what was perceived as consistent unhappiness with the campground (which is evident from the repeated negative reviews you've left over the last several seasons). Additionally your husband openly stated he was not going to adhere to our rules after conversations with management.Lastly, you were NOT given an overnight letter stating you were being evicted. You were informed at the end of August that you needed to be out by October 1st. And as we both know, we gave you a grace period (out of courtesy) until November 15th. My staff and I even helped you with moving heavier objects. Out of respect. In conclusion, we're sorry that you were not happy here, but we feel this departure is most likely beneficial for all parties. We wish you well.
