What makes the Georgetown store so awesome to go to? His name is John I believe he is the manager or assistant manager, he has a friendly smile, goes out his way to help you . I live in rehoboth but the only autozone I will go to is the Georgetown location. I know I will get great service. Thank you John for all your help and kindness. Keep doing a great Job!!!

I stopped by this store yesterday in the rain because of course I needed new wipers. No idea what I was looking for. Mike T helped me find the ones I needed for my truck. Thanks for not making me feel completely foolish! Ill be back.

All week I was having what I assumed to be a battery issue. Every time I went to start my car the battery was dead and had to jump it. Then the last time I jumped it the signals, radio, and window controls wouldnt work. I usually go to Millsboro auto zone but I went to Georgetown because it was closer to where I was at. I was immediately helped out by John who diagnosed my failed battery. I bought the battery and being a young female with no tools John then offered to help take my old one out and put the new one in so I could get the battery trade in price. Which was a pretty good deal!! John was very polite, nice, helpful, quick and experienced! He solved the problem and when he was done my vehicle started right up and everything was working again. I will most definitely be returning here for any other future vehicle needs. Thanks a lot John and Auto Zone!!
