        Worst place I've ever rented! Totally scam you out of money they never reimburse. Cost me 5k down to move in on a rental! Unfriendly, disorganized staff that will avoid you rather than help..I could go on and on. Total scam! Stay away!

        Just off Route 1 in Kent County, 30-60 minutes to all Delaware beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, close to Bowers Beach (Delaware Bay) for fishing, crabbing, boating with large free public parking lot, museum, charter boats, dinner & dancing at JPs Wharf, 10 minutes south DAFB, but has the country atmosphere & open skies without major town clutter. Offers a 55+ community within High Point, 2 pools (one exclusively 55+), community center for games, community meetings, indoor yard sales, etc. Water, septic, trash pick up, snow plowing, yard waste retrieval all included in monthly rental fee.
