Eastern Shore Property Clean Out

When our loved one passed away, we were faced with the daunting task of figuring out how to clear out his home which contained a lifetime of his memories and belongings. After several contacts to companies claiming to do this with no response, we found Eastern Shore and had a reply the same day. Their company was set up after they had a similar family situation and saw the need for a greater community. We are BEYOND grateful, truly. Their whole team took care of us with compassion and speed, end-to-end! Not only did they do a professional job on the front end, their team who arrived the day of the clean-out carried through the same level of compassion we experienced from the front office, taking great care as they moved room to room to highlight things that the family might find of sentimental value (they found a few very important items!) and also kept an eye out for certain items that we had been looking for but not able to find on our own. They went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND what one would consider a traditional clean-out service. We just couldn't imagine how that day would have gone without that team, the level of compassion and attention, and the level of positivity they carried through the day as they accomplished a massive amount of work together. TRULY - THANK YOU to all of you at Eastern Shore Property Clean Out, for making a daunting task manageable, and for being a shoulder to lean on in a time of loss. Eastern shore was fantastic. The crew helped us an entire day to clean out a home that we bought by packing, trashing, selling, moving items that were left. Their fee was beyond reasonable for this job. They are honest, reliable, efficient, and communicate well. They made life a lot easier to get things ready for us. I would highly recommend as you wont have people who work harder to help you. Thank you!

I had contacted the company to purchase a vintage hutch, hand painted and perfect for my apothecary. We negotiated a price, which was great, and agreed on when I would pick up. Upon time confirmation, the day of pick-up mind you!, he sold it to someone else for a higher price never even giving me the option to pay a different or original asking price nor did he even reach out to say hed sold it! I even offered to pay before pickup. I feel its bad business practice and goes to show and mans word means nothing! This day in age good business practice and integrity should be of value.

On 12/20/21 they removed unwanted furniture, clothing,etc from my home prior to my move. They were efficient, careful and professional. They did this for me on short notice and I can't praise them highly enough. I like that they donate what they can instead of just hauling it to the dump.I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of these kind of services.

What an amazing group of people with whom to work. Very professional yet kind, patient ( especially when I couldn't make up my mind) and compassionate. Jenny took special care when packing my great grandmother's china. Made the chore of getting ready to move actually enjoyable. It was sad seeing some of my very well loved furniture leave home without me; but this group of funny people kept a big smile on my face. Thanks guys, you are super awesome.
