Needed lock out service. Lady answered right away, she was very pleasant. They were able to give me upfront pricing and the dispatch said the driver would call with an ETA. A few moments later Cole called and gave us an eta of 15 minutes. He got to us in less than 15. He was quick and friendly. Definitely made a frustrating situation much easier. Mag towing was so easy to work with and I am very pleased with their service. My SUV broke down just as we were leaving from packing up my daughters dorm to come home for the summer. Cole came to the rescue and towed my vehicle to the local dealership we use. He even text me letting me know it had been dropped off. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
