Dirickson Creek Construction did a phenomenal job on a 2nd story roof replacement at my house. The job presented a unique challenge as it was in very close quarters to a neighboring house (5 feet) and is a 12/12 steepness (I had a few companies come out for estimates not willing to do the job due to challenge level). Although this was a unique challenge, they arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner without disturbing the neighboring house. Mark (the owner) was very knowledgeable about the issues I was facing with the pre existing roof and resolved this problem. He was willing to take time explaining to me where the issues were and why the leaks occurred. While watching the crew work, I could tell they were all very experienced by the way they handled themselves on this difficult job. I could also tell they had great respect for their boss as he did for them! If you want a job done right by a well respected and hard working small business, you can't go wrong with Dirickson Creek. This was the most amazing work I have ever had done here at the beach. Mark and his team are amazing. Mark gave me a price for the work, the same day I called for a quote. He then said it would be about 2 weeks till he could get it done. He called the next morning and said he had a cancellation for the next day and would we like him to start the job earlier. His crew showed up on time and had the entire roof stripped and properly hauled away and a new roof and skylight installed by noon and it looked amazing. If I could give him a rating of 10 I would. 5 stars does not feel good enough for this work. Services: Roof installation, Roof repair, Skylight installation, Roof inspection
