Custom Mechanical

I had a great experience with the Custom Mechanical office located in my area. Unfortunately, I had called another company first and they were very unprofessional. They did not fix my issue. I decided to call Custom Mechanical and give them the opportunity to fix my HVAC issue. They came out within an hour and repaired it immediately. I needed a major part replaced. Fortunately, the service technician had the part. I was out of town so having it fixed immediately was very important to me. I will surely use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They made an unauthorized repair and took $1700 dollars from a bank account. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They took advantage of elderly people. AWFUL.

We needed an emergency service on our A/C. Of the companies I'd called around to, Custom reached out first - Greg, the tech, said he could be here in 30 mins... and he was here in 30 mins. This was the first good sign. Greg was very courteous and got right to work. He quickly determined the issue was a faulty contactor, and was clear on the pricing to replace it. With our approval he replaced the part and after some monitoring and inspection of our A/C system, had us back up and running literally within 90 minutes of us calling them. We had the house cooled back down before we had to get the kids to bed. That's literally the best case scenario we could have hoped for. Thank you so much Custom Mechanical, and thank you Greg!
