Rich was truly a pleasure to work with. He made our familys oceanfront condo selling experience from FL and NJ as easy and seamless as possible. Use Rich as your realtor. We found Rich by watching a YouTube series that he made. It's all about knowledge and personality, Rich checks both of the marks. Watching his series and the vast knowledge of not only ocean city but rental properties is the reason we chose him. We had an eye for a property and did a day trip to see it from Allentown, Pa. Rich has been incredibly helpful towards my family and I during the home buying process.
