I am sorry but I am not happy with a few things: 1. I had to ask if you fixed the pipe in the crawl space that you identified, you didn't know and had to check. It wasn't fixed. 2. You added pvc pipes as downspouts on both sides of the house. One was turn to come out the front of the house. The other side comes out on the side. It looks totally different and terrible. I now have to pay someone else to fix this. 3. You never closed the crawl space..., left the door to it on the side of the house. Crawl space was totally opened. I am sad to report this. I thought this company was more professional.

Matt, Heather and their staff at Healthy Home Solutions were just awesome. They made navigating the mitigation and clean up process of my basement (flooding) almost bearable. They work with me to get the ball rolling quickly and guided me through a process that I was very unfamiliar with. They are truly God sent and I would recommend them to any and everyone.
