DARK FOAMY WATER EXPERIENCED IN MY HOME FOR SEVEN MONTHS NOW. I HAVE CALLED HEADQUARTERS TO NO AVAIL. PATRONIZED BY RETURN PHONE CALLS SAYING MY CALL IS THE ONLY ONE RECEIVED. THIS IS BLATANT SENIOR DISCRIMINATION AND TOTAL LACK OF COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS. TIDEWATER TRUCKS ARE IN MY COMMUNITY DAILY SITTING IN THE BACK , RIDING PASS MY HOME EVERY DAY BUT ABSOLUTE REFUSAL TO COME TO CHECK THE PROBLEM !! THERE ARE FEDERAL REGULATIONS FOR WATER QUALITY AND CUSTOMER COMPLAINT LINES. UNFORTUNATELY, NOW A FORMAL COMPLAINT MUST BE FILLED. EIGHT MONTHS NOW WITHOUT ACTION. ONE WOMAN SO CALLED EXECUTIVE ACTUAL SAID NO ONE ELSE IS COMPLAINING. OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE REVIEWS CONFIRMING THE TOTAL LACK OF COMPLIANCE.

Paid our bill got a confirmation number and they still came out and turned off our water at 5pm due to a billing issue on their end they still took the money yet come and turn off utilities to our home twice this company has no integrity nor due they have the intelligence to realise if you took the money then decide to turn the water off after five when your billing office closes then I cant fix the problem terrible hours terrible business practice and even worse customer service

Shutting off water in the middle of a pandemic when its essential... shame on you... 75 per cent of the bill paid and they still shut off... Worst company ever...

Terrible, they turn off your water without so much as a phone call or a knock on the door and it takes forever to get them to turn it back on even after payment is made!!!
