        I scheduled my appointment online. It was easy. Received text of what to bring. I walked into office & was greeted pleasantly & checked in quickly. I waited only for a couple minutes before being called back to complete my taxes. I had everything ready for the tax preparer. She did an excellent job and answered all the questions I had in a knowledgable manner. Will be back next year.
