We purchased a 2023 Subaru Forester, and found our experience to be unacceptable.They were neglectful in returning calls and CONSTANTLY made unreasonable excuses.I have a new car but can NOT receive emails from this dealership because I have been OPTED OUT! I had NEVER heard of this term, agreed to cancelling all my communications, or signed to authorize it. However, Winner Subaru has continually INSISTED it was MY mistake !!!! I have been assure there is NO WAY this can be corrected, and have not received any further contact from them ! They accept NO responsibility! Again, this is MY brand new car and I can not receive ANY Winner emails concerning MY vehicle !!!

Had an amazing experience with the Winner Subaru-VW Team! Everyone I talked to was great and amicable and my Sales Person Morgan Johnson was simply the best! Coming from out of state, her and her manager team made sure the car was in tip top shape and looked amazing when I arrived! The process was SUPER streamlined and I can't thank them all enough for it! The only downside is that this isn't my local dealership/service center so I could feel that welcomed every time I needed some kind of service!
