Very unorganized. Gave me someone else's driver's license back. Also had someone else's chart with them instead of mine.

Nurse practitioner Ola Gbadebo is and was very unprofessional. She moved me off light duty without looking at physical therapy notes and disregarded me telling her I still feel pain and my condition hasnt gotten better. She told me to take Tylenol and deal with it but she wasnt keeping me on light duty. How can she override how Im feeling. Even physical therapy which they referred me to said I shouldnt be doing any work that causes that pain and she didnt consult with them or look at their notes before changing my work status.. She did not do her job correctly, effectively or efficiently. She put a injured worker back to work with no care or concern and that is unprofessional and shouldnt be taken lightly.

It a very thorough pysical. But it fast & efficent.

This place takes entirely to long 2 hour wait for a physical. Seems every one in here has a nasty attitude.
