Sean Brooks is a knowledgeable, strong communicator, with tremendous passion about everything real estate. He's a student and a teacher that analyzes the market continuously to stay abreast to the ever changing industry. He's honest and gives options to achieving your. In my cases he was able to show me if I sell my home in the current condition it will sell at this price. He then gave us another option. If you make these critical upgrades, we can sell between a higher price point. He also assisted in how to finance the upgrades. He ended up getting us $35,000 above our asking price. (this could happen but is not the norm this was our situation and may vary for others)

Great realtor and even better human being. Sean is honest and he covers all the basis of the sales process. He's a top notch professional. Before you list a home with him and his partners. They tour the home, they make many suggestions from changing paint colors, upgrading flooring, appliances, maybe remodeling, exterior changes and he shows you the impact money wise when making those changes. I learn so much from him because he explains everything. I could have sold my home as-is in the current condition but after being advised by Mr Brooks I made the changes and sold for a higher price. I'm happy I selected Sean Brooks

Solid realtor! Very accommodating ..Knows the lay of the land in Deleware. Helped me and wifey for lifey find a brand new construction. We were first time home buyers from NYC and green to area. He knew our taste level and he helped us find our dream home in two winks of a lambs tail!! Seans the man!! Highly recommended.
